We figured this will become a request sooner than later so we thought we'd post it sooner. Wonderful picture taken by Mamie of us cooing over our son.Shadow was waiting in the wings to be able to join the snuggle pile but this was opportunity for just the newest member of the family. We'll get one for all 4 of us later for the Shadow fan club.
For those wondering about the state of things we are definitely getting into a nice "routine" *especially* for nighttime feedings. Last night we accumulated about 5-5 1/2 hours sleep amongst 3 feedings (Joshua included in the sleep)
LBM (=Little Big Man, my nickname for him) seems to be able to distinguish that night feedings don't involve activity time afterwards. eat+burp+diaper change=sleep is the formula and in that order. Ambitions are that by this weekend we'll be ready to socialize a bit more and we hope to get outside for a brief walk to the park just a couple houses away today with Shadow while Mamie takes care of Joshua (bit too wet & cold for him at this stage)
Get some good Frisbee throws for the pooch who's done *so* well adjusting to all these nighttime wake ups.

Hello! Lovely to see the (almost) whole family. With 5.5 hours of sleep logged just 10 days post-partum...I'd say you're off to a great start!! Can't wait to meet the new super star of the Sisson family (I know Shadow, he's a start and doesn't even have any ribbons yet!).
