3 months old!

As I write this, it is 11:01 am on July 2, 2007 - Joshua turned 3 months old exactly 1 minute ago! Mark and I are both so very ecstatic with our son - he truly is a wonderful gift to us and we love him more and more each day. It is so amazing to see how these little beings grow so quickly and continue to develop into their own little personalities!
Joshua slept the whole night last night in his very own crib. We had his bassinet ready outside the room just in case we needed to put him in it but I was very happy to see his comfort in his own "big boy bed". He woke up for a snack and a diaper change around 2:30 but then quickly went back to sleep until 6:15 when he was ready for his breakfast. To my surprise, Joshua was still sleepy after that meal so we both got a nice sleep-in this morning until around 8:30! Boy do I feel like a lucky momma!

Like most Mondays, we haven't planned much for today so we can recover form another exciting weekend. Since it is so nice out, maybe we will go for a walk at Bruce Pitt later on in the day to let Shadow stretch his legs a bit.
