Peek-a-Boo

This picture was taken a few days ago when Joshua decided to roll himself into our duvet like a pig in a blanket. He seemed pretty proud of himself for what he had accomplished completely accidentally!

Well, the teething saga continues. Joshua now has a second little mound just beside his ever growing first tooth. The last two nights sleep have sucked for everyone because the poor little guy kept on getting woken up with his toothache and looking for some comfort... and Tempra. Lucky for us, we have been told by more than one mother that we should have some reprieve for at least a few weeks now before the next tooth (or teeth) will arrive.

Joshua and I went to the Aylmer pool this afternoon. It was supposed to be a play date with Lisa and Parker and Seth, but Lisa was sick with the flu so had to back out. Then, my brother and Sam were supposed to meet us, but that fell through as well. Sammy was sick last night too and my brother was up all night with him! So, the two of us went alone and had lots of fun. We even met another mom and her 11.5 month old little girl on our swim. Joshua made her feel better about all the "excitement" of the kiddie pool by showing her how much fun splashing can be and how much braver you can be if you have a toy to suck on. It was very cute indeed. I am going to have to watch his one - his is certainly turning into a ladies man!
