With all the chaos and worry of Joshua's illness and Madie's cold, we TOTALLY forgot to celebrate Shadow's 9th birthday on November 4th. Lucky for us, Shadow is VERY forgiving and was good enough to accept his late birthday new "stuffy" a few days later than normal. ;-)
This picture was taken yesterday at the park. It was a gorgeous fall morning and I couldn't possibly spend it indoors! The whole family went to the park and had a great time playing and taking advantage of the great weather! Joshua has become our little Shadow disk thrower. Even though the disk normally gets thrown upside down, Shadow doesn't seem to care one bit.
We were out in Manotick to celebrate Grandma's birthday yesterday evening and as usual, we all had a great time spending time with the family.
This morning, we have Joshua's swimming lessons and then a pretty quiet afternoon. Let's hope for some more nice weather!
