Joshua did very well and made a new friend at the trial. Agility teammate and friend April brought her 6 month old with her and we let the two of them "play" together in the play pens. Emma thought Joshua was lots of fun... especially because he didn't fight back! ;-) Joshua though she was pretty neat... good to know since this relationship has been in the makings since we found out I was having a boy and she was having a girl! Check out them holding hands in the first few minutes of being introduced... how cute!
Speaking of the playpen, this was the first time we used it since Joshua first came home and we got scared off of the size of it. Joshua loved it and both played and slept in it very well. As you can see, he kinda likes the size of it now since he can stretch out in it!

We decided to crash in Manotick in the air conditioned Sisson home on Saturday night and we let Joshua try out the excersaucer... Joshua loved it and gave us lots of giggles and smiles and bounced up and down in this new toy. I guess Mark and I have to put together ours now!
All in a a resounding success of a weekend. I am thrilled and very reassured that our little man is so adaptable!
We are going to stick close to home today and recoup from the tiring weekend... When we got home yesterday, Joshua conked out around 7pm only getting up for brief stints of eating and changing through the night until 8 am this morning when he was back to his bright eyed self again.
Hope everyone has a great day!
Josee
