Grandma seems to have captured Joshua's devilish grin perfectly in the above photo. This is the look he gives us whenever we are playing hide and go seek and he proudly "finds" us. I love it!Joshua and I went to Nan and Gramps' house this afternoon for an early birthday celebration for both Gramps and Aunty Joanne. Mark did not make it after his LAN which gave him a total of around 2 hours sleep the night before so he decided it was in his best interest to get some rest instead. Joshua was in great spirits and was really enjoying showing off his crawling and climbing abilities to those who haven't seen how much they have improved since Christmas. He also had a great time practicing his "ooohhh"s with everyone - this is his latest and greatest (in his mind, at least) vocal accomplishment. I think he was utterly thrilled when a room full of 6 women quickly repeated the sound right back at him and then gave him a round of applause! There were also ideas of future sports being thrown around by some of the family members. Poppa figures he is a natural contender as a hockey player; Grandma and Nan both think wrestling in in his future (I am not so keen on that one!). Whatever he decides, we know that he certainly loves to be in the limelight!
Have a good night everyone,
J
